Broadcast viewing is available, but has no sound. What can be the reason?
- Check your computer sound settings.
- Check the sound button on the seminar page's flash player.
- There can be a problem about the Flash Codecs installed on your computer. Please re-install the codecs from the link below.

There is no video appearing in the player. I just get the loading message. What should i do?
- Your internet connection may be down. Please check you connection.
- Your Internet connection speed may be insufficient. You need at least 1 Mbit/s ADSL connection to watch the webinars. Also you should check if there are any other applications that may using the connection that you try to watch the broadcast. File transfers or watching other streams can effect your connection speed.

Video continuously freezes. How can I make continuous flow of stream?
